In-Store Returns
You may return items purchased in-store within 30 Days*. Please note merchandise must be accompanied by an original receipt.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment with an original receipt.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them - in their original packaging, unworn, unused & with tags, unless faulty.
*This does not affect your statutory rights.
Online Returns
Step 1 - Complete your returns form.
Step 2 - Repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition with your completed returns form enclosed.
Step 3 - Ensure that your package is securely sealed and post it back to us. We advise using tracked delivery, ensuring you keep hold of your tracking number. We are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
Step 4 - You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receiving your package and when your refund has been processed. Please note it may take up to 14 days for your items to reach us.
Online Purchases - Return In-Store*
You may return online purchases in-store for free. You will need the order confirmation email or returns form when making a return. All items must be returned within the 30-day timeframe and be in a saleable condition.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment with an original receipt.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised products. Therefore, please ensure the personalisation details are correct when submitting your order. If you have submitted the incorrect personalisation details, please contact us immediately.
Cancelled Orders by Us
Occasionally due to stock issues, we may have to cancel items within your order because we cannot fulfil them. In this case, we will either refund you the affected items or the entire order. In cases where your card has not yet been charged, the order will be voided, and the original card authorisation reversed. This should not result in any charge to your card. Please note that some banks display authorisation requests on cards on their online banking, but this is not a debit from your account.

FAQ
I Have Lost My Returns Form
We are all human and, as such, can lose things from time to time. If you do not have your return form, check your shipping packet or your email for your Order Number. Write down your Order Number and full name clearly on some paper and include this in your return. If you would like some more help on this, mail us at darryl@alfiehale.com.
Who Pays For The Return?
Online return postage would need to be paid for by the customer unless the item they received was incorrect and/ or faulty. We always recommend that your package is securely sealed and using a trusted postal service. We advise using tracked delivery, ensuring you keep hold of your tracking number. We are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
What Happens If I Receive the Wrong Items?
We aim to get you exactly what you ordered to you. However, in the unlikely event the item you received is incorrect for any reason- please get in touch via phone or email immediately. Our email and phone are monitored during store hours.
We will always reimburse you for any postage paid to get an incorrect item returned to us. Please use a trusted carrier and keep proof of postage. Please email or call if this happens to you.
What Happens If the Item Is Faulty?
Nobody is perfect - and in rare instances, this can stretch to our products. So if you think the item you received is faulty or otherwise not up to scratch - get in touch at darryl@alfiehale.com immediately. Alternatively, you can call us on 051 872 837.

How Long Is the Returns Policy?
Online & In-Store Purchases
If you don't like something or it doesn't fit, you have 30 days to return it to us either by post or pop it back in-store.
How Long Does It Take To Process A Refund?
Refunds are usually processed on the day they are received back, but it can take up to 7 working days for refunds to show up on your account. Local orders typically take between 3-5 working days but remember, it depends entirely on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side.
We will refund you by the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order. Customers using credit or debit cards will be refunded back onto the same card.
The Nitty Gritty
Here's some of the minor details of our Returns Policy worth knowing.
- Goods returned must be in their original, re-saleable condition. This means that any labels, tags and/or covering, such as a shoe-box must be intact and included with the return.
- Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift Vouchers are treated as cash and are exempt from our Returns Policy.
- If you pay for an item using a gift card, your refund will be placed back
- onto a Gift Card.
- The Alfie Hale Sports Returns Policy doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel your contract with us.
